Hi all, no greenery and colour in this one I'm afraid as it was taken on the Estuary (River Teign). At this time of the year it's just mud banks but this is where several of these hang out at the moment. This shows the lovely wingspan of these birds and I got a few more dining on the small fish which I may upload later.
Many thanks for taking time out to view and comment on my Chaffinch and a special thank you to Brian Curtis and Dean (WindowonWildlife for the UA's, I really do appreciate and value the support,
Regards,
Geoff.

Magnificent shot Geoff. By no means an easy task to get so much wonderful plumage detail in this all white bird, and showing such a great wing span. Delightful my friend.
My UA to you.

The plain bank sets the Egret off nicely so no distractions from the fabulous detail, like it regards Leon.GrinGrinGrinGrinGrin
