Hi, for those of you that have been to Slimbridge you will know that there is a six foot glass screen around this enclosure so I had to get down very low and take the shot through glass to get the pov here. I was lucky enough to also get it's reflection in the water which I feel adds to the image somewhat Wink
Many thanks for taking time out to view and comment on my Buff Tailed Bumblebee, really appreciated,
Regards,
Geoff.

What a fine shot of the otter and it's reflection, Geoff, and what an attractive rock mass it has chosen to 'pose' upon for you.
It's a long time since I was at Slimbridge, way back in the early 60's when we were staying on a chicken farm in the village of South Marston, Wilts.
Ronnie.

Ultra clean glass-- this is fantastic!!! and I know why there is a glass enclosure-- LOL! the are feisty!

and Thank You--- Good point about the wide angle lens--- I have been wondering if it could be useful as a macro lens?---I most likely would try to use it that was on occasion--- as I have with the fisheye--

A fine shot of the otter complete with reflection. Is this the big female otter Flo? When I was last at Slimbridge with the Big O we saw them being fed and getting up to all sorts of shennanigans
