Morning everybody. A great big Thankyou for response to yesterdays imageGrinGrin I am well pleased!
I am being brave today in uploading a flower macro image, Last time I uploaded a flower image (Flower Bash) some time ago I had a decent response but it wasnt sharp enough without a tripodSadTongue..................... Anyway still no tripod but a step nearer, I have looked at them in the shopWinkGrin, So this was taken yesterday morning when the sun was shiningGrin through the window directly on to my plant, Cant remember the name of this... Is it an Orchid? So I took some pics, moving the plant around into various light and rested my elbows to steady the camera best I could. Very little processing, just a slight crop, and I have desaturated a little.......... Hope you like it, and I promise I am getting a tripod soonWinkGrin

With the shutter set that fast you have negated the need for a tripod, but you will have to get one, Diane. Window shopping doesn't do it, you have to go in to the shop and introduce the plastic fantastic to the salesperson.Grin

Ah! I see... You used 1/950th sec and that was fast enough to get a sharp shot without a tripod. That does not meana tripod is not a desirable object to own, thoughWink
A bunch of flowers...hmmm...I think it is several of that thing you have posted aboveGrin

I'm with the rest of EPZ members on this one here Fefe. A lovely image, but getting away without a tripod is almost a Cardinal Sin.
