The point of focus is quite low in this, so the interaction of hands, which for me would be interesting if they had been sharp, is too much out of focus.

The image apart from that is sharp where you wanted it to be, and the +1/3 worked well. Good overall exposure. At 200mm, the depth of field at f/4 is very small. Check out the following link to see your dof:

Agree with Willie above... I would have focused on the hands and not on the potatoes or whatever... for me it is the most important thing in the image
