A good composition and pleasant scene. I would like a subject to focus the eye and a slightly brighter image.

Welcome to Ephotozine Geir, and enjoy the site.

A good shot, typical of Scotland. The camera did a good job overall. Theres some noise visible, likely due to a higher than optimal ISO, but a nice effort. As Paul says, these shots can work better with something to focus on, such as a cottage, but thats not always possible if you are taking casual shots. I would clone out the lower right though. A little underexposed, - the light wasnt good, but there was probably enough of the sky in the shot to influence the cameras meter to under expose a little.

If yopu scroll up and click the modifications tab, you will see a mod Ive uploaded. Its brighter, has noise reduced, and that tower removed.

Hope this is helpful,

regards

Willie
