HI all, thanks so much for all the great comments and the GE and HC awards this week.......was quite taken back. Did this on Monday morning, helps me get through another week of nights. I met a very nice photographer from Gemany, thanks for the company. Did like his D800.........cool. Could go there every day just to watch the sunrise, the mist lay deep across the glen, was so stunning.

Almost the weekend have fun...............

Paul.

A very beautiful image, with a peaceful foreground with a gentle flowing waterfall, then in the background what could all most be a volcano erupting with larva spilling down the sides.

An incredibly well worked landscape. From the moment my eyes step into the image I am met with interest in the beautifully exposed cascading water before being taken up stream towards the rather broody over hanging skies. There is both clarity and depth throughout thanks to your chosen aperture. However I am not quite sure that the presentation works. For me it does nothing or little for this stunning image "Sorry"

Well coloured this one Paul.
But perhaps the frame is a tad heavy !!

Just what I thought.
Amazing image, love the way the pink colour at the top is echoed by the heather, water and rocks below.

Congratulations on the GE and HC Paul.
This image should be a big winner too.
Well worth the early start to capture that mist and early morning colour.
Beautiful clarity on the rockface too. Plenty water to provide the f/g interest.
An all round beautiful image.
I don't mind the poster look at all.

A stunning image, Paul. I Love it! Superbly composed and captured. It has everything a good landscape should have from the tumbling waters right through to the wispies in the sky and all excellently presented in a perfect frame. Definitely one to hang on the wall.
