I like it, especially in black and white. I'd be tempted to experiment with different viewpoints and orientations to make it more interesting and different. For example, what would it look like if you kept it where it is but moved the camera directly above it and looked down on it? In fact I might give this a go myself ...
Thanks John, yes I agree, I feel I could do a lot more with this idea and there's plenty of room left to play! I'm fairly pleased with it as a beginning concept and glad it's inspired you too.
