I think you've achieved what you set out to achieve, and I'm starting to recognise your shots from the thumbnails.

Without doubt your best so far, It has really captured the time very well, Just add a few scratches and the odd crease and Bingo this is what you might expect to find in a " GI 's " wallet, Very definitely 40's, Just love it.

Excellent image. I want to try it myself after reading Duncan's article, well done on the HC. Can't see Marilyn Manson in it though...

(what does MM mean?) MARILYN MONROE.

Yes my dream woman but don`t tell the wife.
Marilyn Monroe to me is the greatest woman to ever stand in front of the camera (after Di of course).

You've succeeded - an absolutely typical 40s pinup.
Congrats.

It's not a free copy of PM, but here's the thirtieth for this one. Very well processed for effect, but really made by the over-the-shoulder look!

Well, as the author of the article I'm happy to click and give you the thumbs up for this one. It's got a great feel to it, both with the excellent pose and toning. It's hugely evocative. You might want to try making the lighting a bit more distinctively 40s on the next one with the butterfly lighting technique. Just a suggestion, this is great.

Now, that is something I find hard to believe! Hasn't anyone in your local area seen your 'Barbaranna' picture? If you lived in my area and I saw you then I'd be your mate Grin

You have a superb picture here, it is VERY good!
