Quiraing, Skye, Scotland

There are few places that I would describe as jaw droppingly beautiful but in the right light the Quiraing on the Isle of Skye is just that and on an almost biblical garden of Eden scale. I almost expect to see Moses sitting cross legged on a rock waiting to receive the Ten Commandments. That I was here to witness light of this quality let alone photograph it was an honour I am unlikely to ever forget.

Lovely capture. I stood there for twenty seconds of the most wonderful dawn light back in 2009 - an experience I'll never forget. GreT write up and image
