I am stretched on your grave and will lie here forever,
if your hands were in mine
I'd be sure we'd not sever.
My Apple Tree my brightness
it's time we were together
for I smell of the earth
and am worn by the weather.
- Dead Can Dance (lyrics)

I love this image. All its complexities and variety so beautifully under control, the mono crisp, clear and nicely judged and with those bright red apples thrown in as a little visual treat.
I'm sure there is more to this picture than can be seen at this resolution and I'd love to see it in a gallery hung alongside my other favourite of yours, 'Phase'. They make an exquisite pair.
Wonderful work.

Eric's comment is so perfect - he puts in words what I was thinking. I really like this too - and it moved me emotionally when I opened the image. Larger would be wonderful to view.

I share Eric's sentiments entirely. Evocative and so intricate and powerful words to accompany. Paul
