In Harrogate for a few days, going back home today. We visited Haworth yesterday for the first time in 30 years, many changes particularly lots of new houses built. My wife walked up to the top, I stayed here sitting down until she eventually came back, exhausted.
Sigma 10-20 set at 13mm.
1/250 @f6.3 (weather lousy!) I managed to generate a litle sky using Topaz adjust filter.

Hi Frank,
Im going to make a guess that you straightened the verticals using the lens correction tool, or similar, and that this caused the top of the shot to compress down. If I look at the lady on the right, she is somewhat squashed, hence the guess. Sometimes its necessary to stretch the shot after a verticals adjustment if the distortion is pronounced.
Ive corrected this in the mod, just estimated what looked right, and a curves adjustment warmed it a little.
Hope this is helpful,
regards
Willie

I don't blame you for sitting it out. It's a heck of a climb, no wonder the Bronte sisters died young. Back to the image. Good lead in, enough people to bring human interest in the image and a good 'feel'. I could easily be sitting there looking up the hill.
What a wonderful image! Great perspective, colours and composition.
Cheers
Phil
