Had a really wonderful day on one of Angi Nelson's workshops with reptiles and amphibians in Bristol. This green tree python hung coiled on a branch for a good half hour, watching with a fixed stare and waiting. It was easy to create a menacing image as it posed perfectly. Thanks Angi for all the ideas and brilliant opportunities. I will be as good as you one day in my dreams, lol !!! Can't wait for the next one!!!

Lovely image. I'd really like to do this workshop but as I live in The Frozen North, Venice is more viable and probably cheaper to get to.

Heard you've been having fun at Angi's, one of these days I must try and get up there myself I think!........Guess everything is in full flow now at the IBPC so I've no doubt we'll bump into you there soon mate?.....Especially as my 8 y/o Grand Daughter has now been bitten by the bug! See Ellie's P/F here! She had a small cheap compact given to her for Xmas and has been going great guns, so much so she's now has the Olympus Pen Mini which I won in the Xmas draw. For an 8 year though she really has a good eye....

Hope everything is going well now that your a woman of leisure Tongue Hopefully bump into you soon......All the best wishes in the world.

Wonderful shot! I like the face-on angle, beautiful colours and also the way you have to look closely to tell snake from 'perch'. The sinewy branch complements the animal perfectly.

Look forward to seeing more from the workshop.
