It was interesting to watch these guys as they cut the design into the wet soft clay before the pot was fired. The picture was taken from behind a Transparent screen and that has taken the edge off the picture quality a little. The room was well light, so I used aparture priority to select f5.6 in an attempt to isolate the subject from a confusing background. I then used a tight crop to further enhance the potter's concentration on his skills.
