Taken at the working end of Cardiff barrage. This building and all of the unusual structures down this end of the barrage were once described as something out of Thunderbirds and I agree.

Interesting that the woman doesn't show in the shadow?

Its an interesting fact that you can hide objects in shadows - helpful when taking shadow shots when you don't want to be visible
