............well a bit of it.

1: Another take on the Millennium concert hall.

2: Close-up of part of the front of the Millennium hall showing reflections.

3: Big wheel taken from a new bridge at the bay.

4: Captain Scott sculpture/memorial. He sailed from here on his ill fated trip to the Antarctic.

5: Lighthouse boat now used as a cafe.

6: General view.

7: Norwegian church and the Captain Scott sculpture. The church was build in the 1890's to cater for the Norwegian sailors who visited the port. It was moved a mile or so to this location in the 80's. It's now used as a cafe and art gallery.

8: Another general view.

These are all from the leisure end of the bay and if you fancy a good walk it's about ten miles all the way around.

These are my last uploads until I take something new and I may try that tomorrow?

An informative foreword giving one a valuable insight into this rather magnificently captured and collated set of images. Each one so very worthy of their own upload. Very difficult to chose a favourite, however I feel that photograph three deserves the most attention. A very strong composition mixing an array of different forms and shapes quite effortlessly.

Regards Nathan

A brisk walk with some useful photo stops, Ken. The angles and perspectives are very good on the first 4, but a fine eclectic set.

I must say that you have some very good modern architecture in Cardiff and you show it off so well.

Ken as they say progress makes things better, in this case I must agree, 30 years ago it was not safe to go here after 6pm, not much left now of Tiger Bay, I think perhaps you should have uploaded one at a time as the all deserve their own spot, V3 is stunning.

Regards

Trev.

V2 is a real teaser, and V5 is intriguing, is it a boat or a lighthouse or a restaurant or what? A very nice trip around the bay, Ken.
