This was the furthest north we reached in Norway - a place called Honningsvag. Shortly after leaving here by boat, the captain made the decision to turn the boat around because of an impending Arctic storm. We were meant to go on further to the Russian border, but it wasn't to be - and we were 'homeless' for a few hours while we had to decide what to do and where to stay. It was very dark in this town - this was taken at midday, 12.23, and I took this handheld - f/5.6 (to allow enough light in), ISO 400 and 1/25 sec. The exif information relates to v1 only. v2 was taken in the same town a few minutes earlier.
Thanks for looking and for your time - a bit of a holiday snap, but with a difference, I hope!
A big thank you to andylea for his UA for Arctic Light II.
