hello friends
This is another owl I could shoot the same day the previous picture (couple of owls).
From inside my car I got a good framework, without scaring the owl.
As the day was overcast, it was necessary to compensate for low light in the post-processing, but I think it was good.
Appreciate the cooperation of all of you with your opinions are very important for me to improve every day.
thank you.
CFrank.

Another really good shot Frank, - and what makes these special is that they are wild Owls.
My only suggestions are in the mod: eyes always look better with catch lights, - so dont be afraid to use Photoshop, a 2 pixel white brush at 100% and fake it; a little more sharpness and contrast; and to be tidy, remove the twig on the bottom right.
re sharpness, - perhaps Ive mentioned this before, - remember that after you re size the image for EPZ and save it, DONT upload it, - open it and check it for sharpness first. More often than not, you will find its lost sharpness in the re sizing process, so apply more sharpening as needed, then save, then upload.
There is a fall off in sharpness from the eyes as you move down the bird which is to be expected, since you were lower than the bird ( I assume!) which may have been lessened at f/5.6 or so, but its not bad, and can be sorted out by sharpening the upper and lower areas at different strengths to even out, which is done in the mod. Even though this lens is super sharp at f/4, you are still bound by the laws of physics and optics in that depth of field is shallower at wider apertures.
Good work.
regards
Willie
A nice image indeed. Not sure if this is through glass as I may just detect the need of a little added contrast and, if this is a wild bird, you have done rather well. Catch lights depend on lighting and, if present, must look natural for realism. Much studio work has multiple catch lights or even the full ring light.
