Back to the GU Cloisters again after yesterday's wren. This one may be less upsetting to Dougie (Scottishlandscapes) as the prespective is much more accurate (the last photo of the cloisters was squashed as I wanted a square crop). The orange cast is not from the setting sun but from sodium lamps outside in the courtyard ( you can tell as some of the columns are lit on both sides. Others that aren't are in shadow from one side or the other). Sorry if I have just crushed some romatic notions of a sunlit scene
.
