I think I'm right in saying that you can upload sixteen images initially to get your pf. off the ground, after which it becomes one a day.

One Critique a week, and one image a day after youve built your PF. There may be a time limit for you to load your first lot, - might be passed. Ask in the forums, or contact one of the moderators. You can find them on the home page, where the staff and contributors are listed.

Quite a dramatic scene. Storms on the West coast today also. It may look better with a little more contrast, - will upload a mod.

regards

Whats software do you have, - is it DP Pro? If so, its for RAW images, but might work with JPEG. I use Photoshop, and the version I have is CS5. Photoshop is the general standard for editing, and you can purchase Photoshop Elements at a relatively reasonable price.

Theres free editing software like Irfanview, Pxlr that will do the basics like contrast.

I'm not sure what's at the top, out of the shot, but I think for me this would work a little better with less sea.

The photo does grow on me (and I do like it!), but at first, the sea seemed a little overpowering to the overall image.

hi dans107, it was a very high cliff and we were right at the bottom, sea level, the storm that was rageing made the far cliffs very misty, the sea just fasinates me and the brightness that can be seen on the waves just looked like a someone was shinning a light through the dark clouds..

thanks for all your comments on the photos
