Yes - potentially very impressive but needs to be off centre and a bit brighter to add impact. Looks too monotone at the moment.

A good shot, except for the composition, which is fixed perfectly in your mod. You've given a great sense of desolation and, in this case, I think it works well to have the front of the bar in shadow as it makes it look dark and unwelcoming.

I'd love to see this next to a comparison shot from the same viewpoint in the height of summer.
