hi all,
thank you all for your votes and comments on my last upload and a special thank you to Ollie (bliba) and James (jarendell) for their UA's on my last upload. Not common for me to have two UA on the same picture! much appreciated Grin

when I shoot this I had a square crop in mind, but then I realized I prefer the original version. At any rate, V2 is the square crop for those of you (and I know there are some out there Grin) who may like it better

have a great week

francesco

Interesting comparison, they both work for me but in different ways. V1 is relaxed, expansive, more 'natural', V2 is taut, contained, more abstract in feel.

Precise focus on the emerging bloom concentrates the mind while the rest takes its ease around the circumference.
Both work equally well, but I am feeling relaxed, expansive and natural just now Smile
Enjoy the rest of Sunday!

Bill

The v2 square crop is the more effective color Floral Image, for me~

I actually like both versions, but I always find one loses something when cropping LB images - love the light here.
