Not only does Les, 90 years old, chop the logs for the fire and clear the path of snow in the harsh winter of Bilsdale he also looks after his blind 80 year old brother ... both have no family ...
I know this shot is not not technically perfect but my space was very limited and i like the feel of this ..

Its almost a window of lives in a bygone age. You don't think people still live like this really....beautifully shot, wonderful characters, superb location.....brilliant, all of them. Whats more, I LOVE that there is a modern TV as a completely juxtaposed object in these images! lol! Made me laugh.......love them!
The whole series is fabulous .." simplicity of life , has stood the test of time "
