There were three versions of this shot. The v1 a and v2 were almost the same. so i decided to leave the version where it is posible to see an Difference.
Thank you very much !!
One needs to stop and gaze at this photograph to appreciate the atmosphere and detail contained within it. This is an excellent shot.
Merry Christmas, Iain.
lovely atmosphere and tones, however I'd be tempted to crop the top sky to strengthen the composition and accentuate the silhouetted town with its lights, and the wonderfully still water.
By bringing the water line to the upper '3rd', personally, I think it turns a good shot into exceptional.
Still a nice shot though.
A lovely atmosphere created here and well titled. V1 seems to have lost the clarity of V2 which I think is the better version.
A terrific shot - well done.
Version 3 is for Patricia Feen. Thank you
Some very nice mute colour balances here - there is also some interesting detail in the mg but you do need to view the image large - I can see at least two wadders (maybe one is a Heron?).
Like the V3 mod best but I thing it woudl be interesting to give the image a full frame rather than the top and tail bands.
??? V3, must have been stolen!
Like V2, would crop a bit tighter on bottom, as I feel brightness there is a little distracting,, but just my thoughts.
Two cracking shots - Happy New Year - Jude.
Superb colours and clarity... great shot!
p.s. thank you for the comment on my p/f Federico... very kind.
