This image was made up of just over 120 images stacked together . the hardest part of this is waiting for a clear night! aswell as a dry night too! its amazing how fast the stars "appear" to move as the images were taken over a period of about 70 mins.
all shots were taken withing a second of each other , unless a battery change was needed.

I have tried this with a 35mm film camera. The main problem is light pollution. I tried to get some star trails in my back garden but a neighbour turned an oustide light on at 3 in the morning! It can be very frustrating.
I eventually had some success after 3 tries, but not as good as this. Waiting for a clear night has been the biggest challenge. Well done.
