Quote: Hi,
I like it but I do have a very strong feeling that the colour of the water is a wishful interpretation of reality.

pablophotographer

Yes you have right I changed the colour temperature, that's all. It seems now some kind of seaside I think.

daffodils in black and white by gaborfoto

daffodils in black and white

Quote: I'm not sure what story you wanted to tell with this but for me it doesn't say anything. The composition is a little awkward, with the daffodil directing the eyes out of frame and nothing to drag them back and the overall image seems not to be sure whether it wants to be minimal or not.

In my opinion a letterbox crop works a little better, giving more emphasis to the daffodil and making it feel almost as if it is hanging its head in shame.

Ian

Ian I think this picture isn't for you - that's all Smile
Thanks your critique

Quote: Makes me shudder..SadSad just imagine myself trying to lift my 600mm with these nail or stand on the shoes.. strange idea of women! Any which way I'd rather see her face.

May I have a simple question? Have you ever took pictures from any women?

Evening Light At Lakeside - Keswick

excessive post-production. With less "highlight/shadows" (in PS), look better... (foreground, columns!)

Karie boudoir 2

You had a very pretty women to modeling you; she have beautyiful face and great phisique, but in my opinions doesn't "budoir", your picture.
I can't see nothing from her sensualitiy, nothing from her effeminacy.
Lights without exciting, pics is "flat", deformed ratios (models rigth hand vs models face).
Try again and help your model to find the best pose for her. Be patient and you'll to capturing beautiful moments...!

Good lights,

Vanessa by BURNSIE

Vanessa

I think, you can't show me Vanessa's beauty...
Shooting from this angle with 50mm (using fullframe camera body), modify the rates (left foot vs. models face).
Pose: a little bit shy, without full feminity. For me, it's just a "Sit down, right foot down to the carpet etc".
Kepp your eyes on details - missing nail on the rigth arm's fingers.
The crop is too narrow above and bottom.
And the lights! Your lights did not excite - not for me. Your picture - from your lights settings - too flat.

Sorry for my wrong English, I just moved to the UK.

I wish you good lights, and try again - your model is beautiful and very pretty.

Less is better as more, I think.
The aura around the wreck isn't good :S (Not for me)

Good lights - but the lines don't straight! And I think, to take same featured shoot, isn't enough F1,4

Lost

I find your model a little bit "big" 'cause you are using wide angle and for this reason isn't good for her.

Madame Bink by BarrieSpence

Madame Bink

Great pose, beautiful model, good lights, but the shadows a little bit too harsh for me; the contact within the bra and the models left arm a litle bit strange...
But I like your picture!

Beautiful model and very good lighting, good capture but... I find mistake in details: in the corner, below, right; and you cutted your model fingers Sad
