This is a view of the Blasket Islands from Coumeenoole beach at Slea Head in Co. Kerry, Ireland's most westerly point.
The beach and surrounding area were featured in the 1969 film "Ryan's Daughter".

Anyway, sure tis a grand shot altogether, to be sure now, so it is.
Twas 1972 Cathal, but this shot was on Monday afternoon.
Hasn't changed much!
