Another shot from Semur-en-Auxois, the very beautiful Church of the Notre-Dame.
As promised yesterday a notch up on the Photomatix scale - perhaps too much, but there's more to come. (Maybe tomorrow, but I really need to pack for my holiday)
As always, feel free to comment, critique, vote, or just plain move on.
Have a good one,
Cheers,
Gary

Magnificent composition, Gary!!!
A tad too bright for my taste.
I think a small contrast boost may counterbalance the Photomatix treatment, here and bring out the incredible detail you've captured.
I'm looking forward to more.
Cheers
Bill
Just astonishing detail and fabulous composition. Wouls love to know what settings you use on Photomatix to achieve this sort of result.
Andy
Thanks folks for all you comments;
Bill, I know what you mean. I was tempted to play around with the curves to bring it back a little, but I liked the almost dream like look. Perhaps I'll pop up another version - probably going to have to wait until Monday now...
Andy, sent you a PM, but I'll try to upload the Photomatix Settings on Monday.
Sezz, The next shot will probably be a step too far - extreme Photomatix - again will probably have to wait until Monday - need to pack tonight.
Cheers,
Gary
