I other words - Black Nab SQUARED!
Hi All - hope your weekend is going well, just been for a lovely chiropody treatment - bliss!
Anyway, realised I've been neglecting you squarescape© fans (been THREE days since I uploaded one!), so here's one from Saltwick last weekend
Hope you like it, I particularly like the warm colour of the rocks, and had fun with the Lee Big Stopper as per usual
Thanks for popping in, enjoy the rest of your day
EDIT- this was 61secs @ f16 ISO 50 Lee .75 hard grad and Lee Big Stopper 10
Big fan of the 'square', great image.
The lighting in the foreground of this image is fantastic, Fran, not badly composed, either! Carol
a beauty of an image, love the details in the rocks nice one.
Like the light on the foreground Fran, however my monitor is showing some ghosting lines around the nab and headland. Might be worth looking at.
PERFECTION ! Patti
A LOVELY Squarescape© image! I love the smooth rocks in the foreground, which I am sure where incredibly slippery. How long was this exposure?
Super take Fran.
Cant stay away from Yorkshire eyup!

Great shot Fran. Really like that foreground lighting on the rocks and the milky sea.

LOve the tones and textures on the foreground rocks , a superbly captured scene, deserving of the UA.

Love this Fran... wondeful comp and great colours
Yummy rocks in the fg Fran.
Thanks Janet & Jon
(There's a joke in there, somewhere, but far be it from me - - - )
Superb image Fran - lovely colours and comp, and I've had my fix of squarescape for today!
Wonderful image Fran. Love the square crop and the white surf.
Thanks Peter & Fraser - - appreciate your time, Gents
Very special Fran, absolutely love it. The foreground rocks look absolutely amazing with that light and the blues of the sea and sky behind.
Thanks Gaz for your UA - don't really know what to say, so erm, THANK YOU!!!
Very special indeed, Fran. The light reflects beautifully from the wet rocks, the oh-so-sharp detail of which is brought out by the soft water. The nab punctuates the composition perfectly, while the icing on the cake is the light on that distant cliff face. Fabulous, fabulous image.
Most appealing image I've seen from this location for ages or indeed ever possibly.
Think it's the light on the f/g rocks that does it for me.
very good !
Thanks Ian, John, MrEEK & George
Thanks Joseph - appreciated
