I had fun trying to find a clear view of the setting moon as the sun came up over the Tararuas, on my way home from night shift. There has been snow on them up until a couple of weeks ago, and we're suppose to be heading into summer!

Beautiful shot that just seems to go on and on Pam, love how you've got the moon sitting on top of the mountain, surprised at your weather though, had seen the other day they're having a heatwave over in Oz, thought you'd have the same. BTW welcome back, was beginning to think you'd deserted us again!

Beautiful tones, and good capture of the moon just above those beautiful mountains. We have summer already (too early), so maybe some of it will reach you soon.
