Another from my dawn trip to Curbar Edge last week.
Always amazes me how the colour of the heather changes as the sun hits it - glorious!

A fine scene and composition with the sun nicely picking out the top of the f/g boulders and distant hillside: the flowering heathers adds another level of warmth.

I agree with you with regards to the early morning light, it has to be the best time of the day,well worth the early morning rise for this beautiful capture, well done, Bill.
