The last one for now from what seems to have been a very productive couple of hours up on the mountain above Ystradfellte in S. Wales, I have a few taken in portrait format that look promising but I'll save those for another time.

This one was taken closer to the ground to accentuate the foreground rocks, some of which are razor sharp, honed no doubt by many thousands of years of wind and rain.

Another 5 shot HDR.

This would probably make a good mono shot too I reckon.

Nice landscape Geoff, which works well with the HDR software edit. The composition looks a dramatic scene of the cluster of rocks and the isolated tree, enhanced by a stormy sky. If this is from a series, it's Well captured. James Smile

When I viewed the thumbnail I thought it was of the limestone pavements in the Pennines: how wrong I was.
Excellent composition from this very different rock formation.
