This the second time I capture this beautiful plant, but in different time of the season. This is really a chance to add some more informations about it.
So, it is found in a very wide variety of habitats, but tends to thrive best in disturbed sites such as lawns, paths, waste ground, pastures and road verges. Some species are found in natural or semi-natural habitats, including fens, sand dunes and chalk grassland.
Commonly known as the dandelion, Taraxacum officinale has many culinary and medicinal uses, despite being generally regarded as a weed.Taraxacum officinale has diuretic and laxative properties. It has been used as a tonic, to treat rheumatic problems, and as a blood purifier. Young leaves and inflorescences are used as ingredients in salads and stir-fries.

Great set of images George, I like how you have kept the dandelion focus "soft" to reflect the fluffiness of it. V4 has great colours and very fine detail on the ladybird.
