Tordylium apulum belongs in the family of umbeliferae and other names in Greece are : kikilimithra, kafkalida, agriokoutsounada, mosxolaxano. It is one of the most common herbs in Greece and in Mediterranean and it grows mostly in all fields especially in tillage. This herb is perennial and its flowers are hermaphrodite (have both male and female organs) and are pollinated by insects. The plant is self-fertile. Its height is no more than 20cm and its blossom is white. This plant is eatable raw or boiled mixed with other vegetables mainly as a salad. Generally, it smells beautiful and it is used in cooking as an added.

Like your use of the dof, George, v3 has a lovely 3D effect through it.
