Both are wonderful macros. I like the comp. of V2 but V1 gets my vote for the clarity of the critter. How do you get them to pose like that for you? ![]()
The light is perfect in these shots -- I love the way it makes sections look translucent.

PS I may disappear now -- taking off for the NW Coast.
Translucent & details in both the version made them attractive.
v2 for me Jenn. The tendrils make such a wonderful shape/pattern and the green background works so much better for me. The spider is the icing on the cake completing the image. On v1 it is more the focus of the image, but it is the plant that is the star of the show for me.
