Hello everyone
Firstly, thanks to all of you who commented and voted on my previous upload and wished me a Happy Birthday! much appreciated.
Todays upload is another first for me, of a Great Spotted Woodpecker, that I managed to get when Paul and I went to Warburg NR with Richard (Doghouse) last week.
Hope you like them...
Gill

At 340mm (you forgot to mention the 1.7x TC I think Gill) you have done extremely well. The 2.8VR is a cracking lens but I can thoroughly recommend the Sigma 150-500 OS. I have both and the Sigma just gets me that little bit closer ![]()

A belated Happy Birthday, Gill. Excellent set of images. Beautiful compositions and pin sharp detail. Great lighting.
Steve.
