Like the effect and the use of selective colour. K.
Thanks clan - all a little rudimentary I know - but radial blur doesn't always behave - and I figured the lashes might accentuate it some, whilst keeping the eyes in focus.
Those really are my girlfriends green, green eyes :o)
And we really did stop the car.
Where I noticed the sun caught a little in her eye, throwing back the car interior etc
Could probably do with dodging the reflection highlights a little to bring 'em out.
stunning work all round. very imaginative. reeally like this. chris
Thank you all very much. I finished the image at work - and my work monitor failed to show the mask leakage there - which stands out like a sore thumb on my home machine. A very slight edit now lying in modifications.
Out with the mods section - is there any way to replace the image direct? Or would I have to upload a fresh image etc?
Ta.
What an incredible eye. the brown flecks are so unusual. I don't normally click on shots like this but this one really stands out. I like the subtle manipulation
pip
ps. I don't know whether i have a poor monitor but I can't see the difference between this one and the one in the mods section?
Thanks for the comments Pip.
Exactly! On painting the image at work, I couldn't see anything amiss and thought the very simple masking I worked in went down ok. However, at home I noticed quite a bit of the original colour of the eye - to the left of the Iris.
It was a simple matter to desaturate that remaining wee bit in any case.
Thanks again for the .click. Pip :o)
Thanks Paul/Julie
Nice mod Julie - make's it more sexy/intense than soft I reckon. Cool.
