Firstly, thanks to each and every one of you for your very kind and thoughtful comments on the loss of our dear Louis. It is still hard to come into an empty house, and I'm sure it will be for a while, but hopefully things will be more bearable soon.
We have our family coming to stay from tonight for a week and are really looking forward to it, so this will probably be my last upload for a while - it was taken back in August at Llangorse Lake in the Brecon Beacons, Wales; a peaceful place to sit and ponder.

As a great lover of what I call 'view through' shots, this has immense appeal for me. A lovely, evocative image.
