Well my goodness! What can I say?! What a birthday I have had! As I stated before, my dear husband booked us into Swinton Park at Masham in the Yorkshire Dales for the night - we had a wonderful time, the food was delicious and the whole place a dream! I took lots of photographs, both with my trusty Canon SX20 AND with the brand, new Nikon D5100 that my husband surprised me with when we got there! (No ladies, you cannot have him, he's all mine!! Wink). This is just one of the many images I captured and this is the view you get just before you drive through the gates. "Wow" was my first reaction - and the place did not disappoint - from the valet unloading the car and then parking it for us, to the champagne in the room! I'm still on Cloud 9!

Back down to Earth with a bump now though, but I still have the memories, the photographs and a lovely, new camera!

Thank you all for your very kind birthday wishes.

Will catch up soon!

Carol

(now, where's that instruction book - I have so much more to learn!!) Smile
