Another, perhaps more famous, view of York Minster. Three versions today; V1 is the original, V2 a "warmer" image and V3 a mono. I personally prefer the original but see what you think. I do have a portrait shot of this as well, which I may upload at a later date, but I liked the landscape one for the tree on the right. I purposely did not clone out the lamp-post on the left as I rather liked its shape, and the verticals on the towers have been left alone.

Thank you all so much for your kind comments and votes on Frances the mule - especially to Irishkate for her UA.

Carol

Normally I'd choice the colour version but I really like
the mono version Carol.
There is good distinction between the Cathedral and the sky
and the darker tones of he trees gives good tonal range.
Beautiful building - detail lovely.

This is a beautiful image and well captured Carol. I would choose V2 for the warmer colour. Also V3 as it looks great in mono

2 over 3, but only just, Carol. Very difficult to get a decent angle on the Minster but this looks pretty good.

Not so sure. Having looked between V1 & 2 several times, still can't decide, but it is either of those two for me!

Can't loade more than V1 (flaky wifi in a cafe in Spain) but that is worth a vote itself - lovely image of a classic building.
