Please helpLike Willie I noticed a magenta cast, and you can measure and correct for that pretty well by concentrating on an area of the image you think should be neutral (if such an area exists). In this case the white hair on the forehead is useful for getting rid of the magenta hue - by making that 'pure white' if you like the overall colour is also freed of its magenta cast, so the natural colours of the picture come to the fore. With regard to sharpening, I think this has been under-sharpened somewhat - it can handle a little more.

I don't see much else wrong with the picture - a rather pleasing effort! Smile Mod uploaded.
