One to remember Summer by. A Male Linnet in full territorial song as the female was tending to the nest below in the gorse.

Not the commonest of birds any more and to nail one side on and in full song is some achievement

Seeing as I can't PM youSad here is the details of the lighting for the Ginger tom upload

Black bath sheet on settee
430 Speedlite on camera (tripod too) but set at 90 degrees to the left - flash bounced off a white reflector back towards the subject.
Piece of silver foil out of shot, to the right of subject to take out some of the RHS shadows
