The missing wing tip does not detract in any way for me: you could not have asked for a better placement of the chap and the three main birds (I see a fourth lurking behind) and you have stopped the action so successfully. I would be hopeless at this sort of photography but I think you can yourself on the back with this shot.

Well captured! I agree with ronnie, dont think it matters about the missing wing tip, My eyes are drawn in to the two main bird's feet and faces and to the man and the piece of bread in mid air, So much to look at, no need for wing tip.
