Timing and execution is good, though I would have liked a looser crop to show the wheels on the road, and a blip of flash would have brightened the colours which are all a bit muted.

The main problem is the horrendous colour fringing. Unless this is a tiny crop from a large frame, I would check this lens thoroughly, because there is a problem somewhere.
