Introducing McKenzie - Mr Grumpy - a cat with an attitude, but we love him to bits![]()
When it is cold, snowing, freezing etc; etc and all the others are tucked away somewhere warm & cosy, Mackie will be outdoors, at his favourite location. the local brook.
Best ratter in the neighbourhood by far![]()
Mackie is approx five weeks younger than Foster, so they grew up together as the best of mates. Once adulthood arrived, Mackie became a loner and hardly ever bothers with the others, apart from the odd spit and cuff if they come to close![]()
Pity about the dark shadow on the RHS, but it was hard work getting him to pose at all and the piece of foil to reflect back the light, had fallen down. A couple of shots and he was gone.
Many thanks for the comments etc; given to Foster
Adrian

A splendid shot.
Yes, he has that look in his eye. 'don't mess with me, mate' ![]()
Jack
This is excellent Adrian, the look of contempt for the nerve of you taking his photo, they are such independent animals, beautifully taken with detail in the shadow and catchlight in his eyes.
Regards
Trev.
Another fine portrait of one of your ginger toms, I like the contemptuous expression he's giving the camera. He does look rather grumpy and disagreeable........I guess he must take after you!![]()
Superb stuff yet again Adrian, wonderful work mate ![]()
fantastic light and perfect pose.
he is a character, you can tell that. we had a tom who was like that.. a strict outdoor cat who never realized that we had him neutered. Which sadly led him to his end on the road nearly two miles from home..
Ah a cat with attitude! Nick's cat was like that, faced off foxes on a railway line and on another occasion brought in a squirrel (dead) and best of all a live Woodcock. Adorable with us, he used to make all other cats (and people) toe the line. He left us aged 20, but with so many tales to tell!
Excellent portrait![]()
Carole
