One of those times when you are glad you had an 'auto' camera...the wonders of modern technology, the Digital compact.

Winter sunlight is a killer-low down behind tall buildings, like this on London's Victoria station on a December morning. All the light is above.

The occasional shaft of light throwing everything in disarray and you are left cursing under your breath.

Pictured of December 9th.2011.

Very natural picture - well taken.

For the train buffs, it shows 35017 Merchant Navy class locomotive "Belgian Marine".
How do I know this?
I googled it.

Great shot to include Rolf Harris.

Actually it's 35028 CLAN LINE in disguise,up until January, then it will be re-painted back.

Poor old Belgian Marine was scrapped years ago.The nameplates were saved that go on the side, and occasionally it runs as the Marine.

You are the second person to say it's Rolf.....perhaps looking for a job when it's re-painted.Well actually it's only the cab number they change & the nameplate.

Back to the job centre then...
