Great shadows in V3 Dave the other two are also excellent, is this near the Lea Valley Trading Estate?, I did a fashion shoot in that place about 30 years ago.

You had some good light for this visit to the park, Dave, allowing the capture of some fine autumn colour: it is perhaps invidious to select a winner but I tend to do so and for today it's V 2, the autumn tree neatly sandwiched between two trunks and the bench perfectly placed in the frame.

I think V3 has the most artistic merit, it has colour, interesting shadows and depth from the receding symmetry of the benches and the trunks. V2 is a nice enough snap Wink but I think lacks a sense of direction or purpose. V1 has the potential to be a great abstract if you cropped in on the three species of backlit leaves in the centre of the image and removed the ground and sky. Looks like a great day out in the park, if only we were having such nice weather oop north! Smile

I love v3 Dave for various reasons. I like the empty park benches stretching away and the backlit leaves framing the top of the image. I also like those shadows. When I lived in East London, I walked the Lea Valley path from the top down to Limehouse - it's a great walk.
