A tail out Escort flat out around a corner....a wonderful sight! I spent Sunday with a few members of Camera Club and Martin Levers (martinl) at Sherwood Pines to watch a rally. Had a good day in great company so maybe one or two more to follow

Well caught Martin. Not easy to capture these things, and I certainly got one or two "Trev" shots (not that I've even looked at mine yet!!)
I don't have an issue with the background myself. There are spectators, marshalls etc, and it's very difficult to compose without them, especially as they inevitably congregate where the action is.
Nice one Martin, Grizedale Stages rally in a couple of weeks so I'm hoping to get a few shots myself.

Fully agree with your comment Tony, though as Martin points out, it was impossible to get a cornering shot without fans. The rally was just one stage held six times so not much space for all the crowd that were there....though I really enjoyed the day regardless
