It was early in the morning and the hares were definitely showing the signs of having been trawling through damp grass. The field they are in has recently been mown and there ar quite a few lapwings looking a bit lost. I don't know whether they have lost chicks but 'm sure some must have.
Neither picture is as sharp as I would like. Off out to get more so hopefully you will see an improvement. I had forgotten my beanbag so was having to hold the rig rather awkwardly on top a gate stoop.
Unfortunately the weather hasn't been so good the last few mornings, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Saturday.

Nice capture. That's the first bunny that I have seen that appears intimidating.
