This is the last flight shot I have currently on my hard drive. It was a bit of frustrating day with the rain stopping getting my kit out.

The shot is taken in my back garden in Barnes, SW London.

***As ever bigger is better!!!!!*****

Techs:

Aperture: f7.1
Speed: 1/6400
ISO: 320
Focal length: 180 mm
Flash: 4 flash units

On my last post there was a question on how I light these shots. I use four speedlights - one master, three slaves. The master (on camera) and on slave illuminate the bird and the other two illuminate the background. They are in ETTL mode and set for hi speed sync.

Camera:Canon EOS-1Ds
Lens:Canon 180mm L
Recording media:digital

Another excellent in-flight shot Geoff
I remember working in Barnes circa '88 when the Sun pub was refurbished...There was a pond in the middle of the village
