Amazing shot, I was at our local park this morning with my little boy and I was trying to get a half decent pic of a seagull getting the bread in mid air, loads of unsuccessful attempt later I had run out of bread, so I really admire the quality, and timing of this after what I tried to capture this morning

Superb capture. I'd like to try thisa type of shot and was wondering how you trigger the camera? Do you use some form of motion trigger?
